Cricket’s Fibers

Cricket’s Fibers is a way to share my passion for beautiful and bright yarn with others who also love it. I have sold over 250 orders, and have over a hundred 5-star reviews. I created packaging for my yarn and print them out with each order. The name Cricket comes from my childhood cat, who loved playing with my yarn, and appears on the labels for each skein.

Yarn Labels

Above are the flat designed yarn labels as well as examples of them around the final dyed yarn, ready to be sent out. I wanted to keep a section on each label to have a handwritten colorway name, as I feel like this connects me to the customers who are purchasing this yarn. I love the whimsy and playfulness of the font, and I think it pairs well with my yarn, which I mostly dye bright and saturated colors.

In-Feed Posts

Above are examples of a static in-feed social posts. I built these assets using photographs I took of my yarn as well as occasional design elements to support the colorful excitement of this yarn.

Reels

Above are a handful of reels I filmed, edited, and uploaded showcasing aspects of dying and selling yarn. I wanted each reel to be captivating and entertaining, with minimal design elements, to allow the yarn to be the star of the show.
